About Physio Matters

Physio Matters was established in 2011 by Irene Croal.

An experienced Chartered Physiotherapist, Irene is committed to providing a high quality of assessment-led physiotherapy treatments.

Her wide experience has given her a deep understanding of the many and varied conditions that physiotherapists come into contact with and her ability to carefully listen and assess individual needs has led to her immense success with her patients.

She is committed to a hands-on approach to treatment and is skilled in many techniques, particularly the manual therapy approaches of Maitland and Mulligan, but will use a variety of other neuromuscular or electrotherapy techniques, as indicated, following careful assessment.

Irene is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is registered with the Health Professions Council. She is a member of Physio First, the organisation which represents Chartered Physiotherapists in private practice.
